Our Story
The story of Frazier & Associates Limited began out of a desire to help others in the best way possible. During the start of his professional career at a big four accounting firm, our founder continuously found himself on the toughest assignments (referred to as ‘the messy jobs’ in auditor lingo). There were no easy days at work. His exposure to those challenging environments, however, allowed him to develop a unique mastery of crisis management, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Arguably his start in the profession with continuously challenging engagements helped fuel the early success of his career as a professional accountant. Many friends, family members, and colleagues would seek his help whenever there was an accounting-related problem to be resolved. If he could not find the solution himself (which was rare), he skillfully and graciously directed them to someone else that could. For him, the goal was ensuring people received the help they needed whether by him or someone else.
In 2015, shortly after his 30th birthday, our founder decided to consolidate all of the ways he was providing professional help to others, and harness them into one entity. It was then that Frazier & Associates Limited was born. The company was incorporated in November of 2015 under the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Since commencing operations, the company has focused on finding the right solutions for its clients.

Paul Frazier Jr.
(Founder)
Our founder has over eighteen years of experience in the field of accountancy. His start in the profession began under the employ of KPMG in Nassau, Bahamas. After a year with the firm, he was granted a 2-year professional rotation in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. During his rotation, he joined numerous audit teams servicing several Fortune 500 clients in the field of Banking, Retail, Tourism & Hospitality, and Manufacturing. It was this exposure that advanced his skills for aligning sophisticated problems with easy solutions. As his career flourished, he returned to The Bahamas and advanced to successive finance leadership roles in a publicly listed beverage conglomerate and a leading logistics entity in the maritime industry. With a strong desire to help others and advance the success of the accounting profession, he assumed the full-time role as CEO of Frazier & Associates Limited in April of 2019.
